This title image is not Love and Loss. 3 acts today. This is act 1, "Wartime Elegy" by Alexei Ratmansky. PNB danced this last September. It's my favorite of the 3 today.
2nd piece is interesting, titled "Window", choregraphed by Australian Dani Rowe. A world premier. Story like: one woman watching a couple. I also like the music. Composed by a former dancer, the very young Shannon Rugani.
"Love and Loss" is the last piece, and the longest. Music by Emmanuel Witzthum, Songs of Love and Loss, 2018. Choreography by Donald Byrd. I didn't care much for this dance or the music. At least this one has a bit of a stage set.
Didn't go to the after-show Q&A. Too tired.
