5/18 Thursday is basically a lauch party, showcasing the new version of their Meadow OS, various kits, capabilities, and user cases with real users.
The CEO Bryan Costanich and the board director Thomas Dohmke (CEO of github) gave a speech. Both are very amicable. I like the concept and the platform, but I don't like .NET, nor ever used it. Hope something like that in Linux will come to market.
In the afternoon, I found these talks interesting.
- The unit cost vs scale.
- A UI developer trying to port graphics on a small screen.
- A Kansus farmer using different kits to monitor his chickens and feed growth.
