Seattle Center has many festivals throughout the year, usually on weekends and usually in Armory.
I arrived late, ~5pm, and the festival was still in full swing.
People were dancing (off stage).
A fashion line up towards the end, and a percussion ensemble afterwards.
When I left at 8pm, people were still dancing.
