4/6, Wednesday. I went to see Pericles, Prince of Tyre by William Shakespeare at Alhadeff Studio of Cornish Playhouse at Seattle Center.
Directed by Timothy McCuen Piggee.
The students (about a dozen) did an excellent job. Well articulated and acted. Some very silly dances, but funny.
Simple stage.
Simple but effective costumes.
2 acts, 1 intermission. It's over 2 hours long.
A very small theatre. The stage is about half size of the room.
Only ~4 rows of seats. Most are students.
Maybe I was the only paying customer.
