2018.5.20. I and You at Artist Repertory Theatre

5/20, Sunday 7:30. I and You by Lauren Gunderson, directed by JoAnn Johnson. Good acting, nice stage set (which moves apart at the end of the show). Single act, so no intermission. Quite enjoyable, even though the emotion transition is too abrupt than reasonable. The story is about a 17-year old Caroline, sick at home waiting for a liver transplant. She was unexpectedly visited by a high school basketball player Anthony doing an English project about Walt Whitman’s Song of Myself.
