Vegan for Everybody: Foolproof Plant-Based Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and In-Between. He talked about and shared photos of the recipe making and testing process in America's Test Kitchen. He also told us the key vegetarian substitutes for baking:
coconut Oil -- butter
oat milk -- milk
liquid in a can of chickpea -- egg white
pureed cauliflower + nutritional yeast + [tomato paste / mustard / cashew / olive] -- cheese
For storage, Bishop recommends:
Nuts in freezer, veggie clean and spin dry, and padded with paper towel and stored with paper towel.
