10/16, Sunday. Hazy, sunny, very warm.
CIty Opera opened its lobby for a performance of opera arias. 1 tenor, 1 bariton and 1 soprano. Without subtitle, I couldn't understand a single word.
They did talk about the context of each aria.
Quite a number of chairs were set up. We arrived late. No more seat. No problem. I brought my own stool.
After the break, more seats became available.
Ice water was also available with single use cups.
Last time, I think I came for Nutcracker. This is an excuse to get out for a walk in downtown, which we did after the event.
Very warm today.
